Dynamic Fromname & Dynamic FromEmail not working

I am using Chrono Contact 3.0 J1.5 BETA 2, trying to setup an email template for a simple "contact us" form.

However, when I test the form, I find that the email I receive does not have the correct From name and email. I have double-checked the field names, and they are correct (same as the id and name values for each form field).

I also tried adding curly braces around the field names (i.e., {text_2} and {text_3}), but this didn't help.

Hi Graham, and what does the from name and email fields are filled with ? if they are not a valid name and valid email then it will not work, also, what do you get ? I need some example!

if its the same then you fill the from name with which text and you get which from name in the email ?
