CF7 Google reCaptcha v3

I have a strange behavior using CF7 with Google reCaptcha v3 on an joomla v3.10.6.
The site where I use the form has the following url: https://www.rainer.co.at/cf7.html
I see the Google reCaptcha Logo on the bottom right side of the page where the form is placed but if i submit the form i get the error message filled in "reCaptcha Error message"-Field (Error message to display when the recaptcha check fails).
But I get the conformation e-mail sent?!
In the developer console everything is without errors.
So what can i check to solve this problem?

It's a bit hard to tell in the template layout but the reCaptcha doesn't appear to be part of the form html. Maybe something odd that the template is doing to the layout?

I see that the Google ReCaptcha is now displaying in the correct location and not at the bottom right - is the form now working correctly?

Yes because I have changed from Google reCaptcha v3 to v2.
But that is not what I wanted, the reason why I want v3 is that you don't (or only if google think you have to) have to click the checkbox because the captcha is "in background".

with cf7 the v3 was displayed correctly but as I wrote in my first post, it does not work.
so how can I get this working?
