Empty Email Body and Menu Creator Problem

Hi All,

I seem to have everything working but the email from the form submission is empty except for the "Submitted by <ip-address>". The "Table Connected" from the Forms Manager shows me the list of records and there is data. This is also verified by looking at the table through phpMyAdmin SQL Interface. I checked the Email Template and it looks fine - it was auto generated.

But after I used the Menu Creator and clicked on the menu link I get - "Table Doesn't Exist for this form, Please create a table first to store your form data". I have removed the menu and re-created it but same message and not data.

So to wrap up..
1. Empty Email but still saving data to table and template look fine.
2. Menu Creator not associating form with table

Hi Robert,

#1- can I see your form code, and can you see any field names at the last 2 boxes in the auto generated code tab ?
#2- yes, the menu creator is bugged in V3.0 BETA 2
