Hello, I dont know why, but my form is not attaching files.

It is only png small file to the 100Kb.
Can anyone say why?

Please test with the basic form url http://my_domain/index.php?option=com_chronoforms7&chronoform=form_name&tmpl=component
​
Adding that last parameter should show the form without the template - that can help you find out if it something in the template causing a problem.
