Checkboxes results are not copied on the Database

Save checkbox form data to a database.

Overview

The issue occurs when the checkbox field name in the form design does not match the expected naming convention.
Ensure the checkbox field is correctly named in the form design tab to allow proper data capture and storage.

Hello to all and thanks for everything...
I have created this form

The results of the checkboxes fields are not copied onto the Database...

Can somebody please give me some advice?

oh... got it. the name at the Design tab should be "checkboxes..." thanks anyway
