Reload after submit

Hi all,

I just install the chronoform 7 in wordpress, but I think that there is a problem with my Avada Theme

I want to submit pages using ajax reload and not passing to another page, so I enable it on chronoform page settings, but the result is a never ending loading on the front-end, with a 404 result on console.

Anyone could help me? I wrote a message to the support last week but I don't receive answers yet.

I think is not professional that nobody answer. I pay for this plugin and I am not receiving support at all..
