Dynamic dropdown distinct values?

I have a Read Data action with "All matching records" on a database table. I have a dropdown in the views editor, with dynamic options getting from that datasource. Everything works fine, but I realized that when I have multiple registries with the same data, the dropdown only shows 1. So, I want to ask so I can confirm this, does the dynamic dropdown or the DB Read already aplly a DISTINCT?
