I just tried to update Chronoforms 7 and now my entire site just errors out with

Table 'xxxx.#__chronog3_extensions' doesn't exist

so thanks for that max

I'm very sure I upgraded.

It's okay I fixed it by going in FTP and deleting the offending folder
