Enabling Chrono Forums for Public users

I am setting up ChronoForums for users to comment on specific issues to do with a town's development. I can't get the software to enable public access users to submit comments, and I don't know how to set up the moderation. I have read all the documentation. Thanks

Make sure you configure the permissions correctly!
