different email account with drop down

I've a question how to set ithe drop down option for send email to different account. The example for is in attachment.

What do you exatly mean by sending emails to different accounts ? Do you want to write one mail and send it to numerious people? Is that what you want?

Hi David i want send emails to different people, example i have three departments paris rome end london i'd like a drop down where i choose the city and when i fill the form i send email to the relative city,thanks
