Create Joomla Article from Form Data

I cannot find documentation on how to create a J! article from a submitted form:

1. Person submits form
2. Joomla article in specific category is added but unpublished
3. Admin gets email to log in and moderate article

The website says Chrono can save to articles, and I see some old forum posts on the topic, but nothing on CF7 and no steps to follow.

Pretty quiet on this one. Anyone have any insight?

I don't know in detail but I imagine the method is similar to the previous versions. You will need to add some custom PHP to write the form data into the Joomla article tables. If I recall correctly Joomla has a PHP class that you can use to do this.
