Allow tag in text area editor

Allow HTML tags in a Joomla text area editor.

Overview

The Joomla TinyMCE editor is configured to strip out specific HTML tags like `` by default.
Use a custom PHP code line to call the Joomla editor directly within the form, bypassing the default tag filtering.

Is it possible to set rich text editor not to clear <i></i> tags in the text area? For example if I need to put some icons in text.

Joomla TinyMCE plugin settings does not override.

it's not possible at the moment, but there is a PHP code line to call the Joomla editor in the form, just run it in a HTML view with PHP enabled, the code line itself can be found easily online!
