Hello.

Since a few days i have an issue with my contact form ( on production server only ), I fill out the form and get a green check on captcha but when i send the form validation fails with the message "You didn't pass the no captcha verification".

I deactivated the "Check security fields" so that users can still send contact forms but I am getting spams already.

To make it easy to see what is the problem, I have add a test form to our site with the captcha activated.

I recommend that you install v7 on the same website and do a test form, does it have the same issue ?

I come back to you because our issue is not resolved.
We have multiple websites which use Chronoforms (version 6) without problems.

We are also worried that the same issue occured on other websites because we have no solution.

The v7 captcha needs a newer licence key to be tested (rest of form is okay).
If the problem with v6 remains unknown how can we be sure that the v7 will resolve it ?

A simple form with only a captcha for example does not work (only for this website) :
