I have a classic chronoform V7. I have created a sub domain but since yesterday am no able to validate the form. I get an error "We could not connect to the chronoengine.com web server." but when I activate the trial it worked but despite after trial i can't activate it. BTW I have a domain with many sub domain.
As i see:
A validation key is a random string which is generated for a specific domain and product, you can use it to validate the intended product on that domain and all its sub domains. (the sub domain rule is new since November 2018)

Hi still the issue came back today on a new sub domain i created. Do you have an issue with server ?
As per the notice on the top of the page, please update your v7 install in order for this problem to be fixed.

You need to download the latest installer from the downloads page or update it in Joomla, the version number is the same but a fix is done for this issue.
