Label for Radio Buttons

Display a radio button label with a value of zero.

Overview

The problem is a bug in the form builder where a radio button label with the value "0" does not appear.
As a temporary workaround, use the letter "O" instead of the number zero. A fix for this bug is planned for the next software update.

I need to have 6 radio button labeld 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5

1-5 works fine. 0 does not display.

This is a bug, I have fixed it in the next update, for now you may try to use O ?
