Is there any possibility to create a feedback form link you can select in the GoogleForms?
I tried to create a form, but the layout look like ... you know.
For example the radio buttons, if I want to have a score from 1 to 10... and have 1 on the left and 10 on the right... that seems not possible
Now I always have a radio button "1", radio button "2", .... radiobutton "10"
When I try to add some modifications to the template, I cannot change the fields on the form anymore, because it overwrites the template again.
Is there any template for this kind of things? or a manual?

you can have a radio list 1 - 10, use the radios "layout and style" advanced settings, set the style to "Filled"
