Dynamic Dropdowns - Option Value display.

Hi,

I have created a dynamic dropdown, the "option text" shows in the dropdown and the "option value" stores in the database but i wish to show the "Option Value" in a separate text field, is this possible?

how exactly do you want the option value in a text field ?
