I am looking for a way to send a Newsletter with a link to a Chronoform Survey/Poll. Each recipient is only allowed to vote once - this is controlled by the email and not by the IP address.
v7 has a watchman plugin to force a limit on user submissions but it's based on the user id, which means that the user must be logged in when they view the form, if you want to do it based on the email address then a custom solution will be needed
