Shortcodes for CF7

Use shortcodes for IP address and UUID in ChronoForms.

Overview

The old shortcode formats are no longer functional.
Use the new shortcodes {str:ip} for IP address and {str:uuid} for UUID. An admin cheat sheet will be available in a future update.

Some of the old shortcodes (like {uuid:} or {ip:} doesn't seem to work anymore with CF7. Is there an overview of new shortcodes?
