I do not receive notifications by email

I don't get any email notifications from people adding new themes, I set it up but it still doesn't work

which version you are using and what are your email settings? does your website send emails ?

Hi, I am using version 2 and testing my page does not send notification emails in the global configuration settings, does the component work with joomla mail?

yes, it works with Joomla mail, but what version you are using and what extension ? there is no version 2

and checking, if I have a problem with the joomla smtp, that must be the problem for which it does not send the notifications

does your joomla send an email when you use the "Test email" feature in the joomla global config ?

if Joomla can not send then the forums will not send!
