Change moment.js

Replace moment.js with a faster library in ChronoForms.

Overview

The moment.js library can cause performance issues due to its size and speed.
Upgrade to ChronoForms v7 or later, where moment.js has been removed, allowing the use of alternative, faster date libraries.
