Form works only with enabeled "Developer Mode Debug Data"

i have a form here: https://www.bossenhaus.ch/cms/anschriftverkauf-mainmenu-7/41-administration/kontaktformular/5-kontakt-bestellformular.html
this form is implemented in a joomla-article with {loadmoduleid XX}. When i have deactivated "Developer Mode Debug Data", fill the form and submit, the form, the site will refresh, the data are such in the fields and the form will not submitted.
When i activate the "Developer Mode Debug Data", the form works.
What's the problem here?

usually cache, do you have cache enabled ? if yes then please try to disable it and try again ? what is the result ?

I do not understand why do you need to use {loadmoduleid XX} ? why not use {chronoforms7}form-alias{/chronoforms7} ?
