Chronoforms 6 isn't sending emails using Joomla configuration

mcasas 20 Sep, 2020
Hello,

I've just updated my mail server, and now Chronoforms isn't working. Before the change, the mail server and the web server were on the same machine, and now I've moved the email to an external provider. I've updated Joomla email configuration (SMTP, server name, etc), I've done the send email test, and it's all working correctly. But if I try to send a contact form using Chronoforms, this goes directly to the old, local, email mailboxes.

Where can I see Chronoforms email configuration? How can I change it so Chronoforms use the external SMTP server?

Thank you!

Answer
ChronoForms 6 uses the Joomla mailer so if that works then CF mail should also work, please enable the form debug and post the debug report after removing any private data
