I am trying to validate myavenuerealty.com and getting the error in the subject line.I have a key and serial number on the elastic plan, but they do not work.​How to troubleshoot?

Never Mind.. I read the Elastic purchase details.. has to be on the current version of chronoform.  I updated and validation works.
