URL to new page

I am a new user, v7. I have a text node with a link which when clicked I want to open onto a new page (target blank). I have link in the interface box and put in the link and select the one option, which is 'new browser page' but it opens on the same form page and not in a new tab. Any ideas on how to make it open to a new page?

bug confirmed, to be fixed in the next update, for now you may use a button with the same link behavior instead, or use a custom HTML <a> tag code, or just wait for the new update!
