Hi,
First...if your here on the forums and click top menu "home" , it goes to http://www.chronoengine.com/home-mainmenu-1.html

That doesnt excist..

My question...

Im using your forms (older version) on another site and didnt had any problems..
i installed your Chronoforms V3.0 BETA 2 on another site , but now i cant get anything to work..

i even used the sample form with echo username like:

Aanmelden voor thema -avond Persoons Gebonden Budget
Naam
Email

but even that doesnt work.
a link to menu is created but still i get Table Doesn't Exist for this form, Please create a table first to store your form data
but the table excist....
What am i doing wrong here?

And i do see that something shows :0 , but should be 1 ., and thats the Email Properties ..it shows Enabled? : and it says No
but its grey and cannot be changed..
And its also hard to change that as that damn toolbar scrolls to the bottom as soon as i scroll...
For me its more AnnoyingForms then ChronoForms...😟

Hi lidosofia,

I tried to fix the Menu link for you but my site admin logon no longer works so you'll need to wait for Max to fix it.

The test form is for ChronoForms 2.5 and older - it won't work correctly with v3.0.

You can't enable emails in v3.0 unless you have entered values for 'subject', 'to email', 'from email' and 'from name'.

No idea about the 'Table doesn't exist' problem.

Hi Sofia, Bob,

I fixed the menu item, thank you! Bob, I have emailed you some info and your account is super admin now, now I think that either the phpBB bridge has changed this or the hacker when we got hacked because of the 1.5.6 security hole.

Sofia, which menu item ? you mean using the "menu creator" on the admin area ? the DB storage method has been changed and now you can save/update one or more tables, the menu feature doesn't work well and will be removed at the next release as it makes problems!

but its grey and cannot be changed

add all email fields as Bob mentioned, we do this so any user is sure that the email is correctly setup before trying to test!😉

And its also hard to change that as that damn toolbar scrolls to the bottom as soon as i scroll

you mean that the "Apply" button doesn't appear at the screen even if you scrolled carefully ? can I see a screen shot please ? and which browser is this ?

I meant the right grey window that includes the email setting ,it moves up and down when i scroll...
but it doesnt matter cause i uninstalled it and using the previous 2.5 now....
that works great for me.

well, it should move because if you have too many emails then you wouldn't be able to change the last email at the bottom settings if the box is still at the top of the page!!🙂

the important thing is, when it moves, its reachable to your mouse ? both the "Enabled?" box and the Apply buttons are reachable ? I know you revert back to 2.5 but actually V3.0 has bugs fixed and very powerful features added, its not XP and VISTA, v3.0 is really good!😀
