Recaptcha appears and disappears

Recaptcha appears and disappears. If I save the form and go to the page it looks good.
I try to send by mail, validate the recaptcha and send. It does not give any message and does not send the mail.
Thereafter, it disappears.
It used to work but now it doesn't send emails.

I have to click on the central menu and the recaptcha appears in the 2. At that time I include the information on the side and send. After sending in recaptcha it disappears.
