When i made a menupoint in Joomla! with directly open a form from cf7, then the form will be show, but the total menu from website is lost. What's here the problem?

Overview
The issue occurred because the template, created with Themler, did not include a module position for the menu by default.
Add a menu module to the template to display the navigation correctly when the form loads.
