I'm a regular user of Chronoforms V6 and we have a number of V6 forms in production use. I like what I see in V7, and of course we can use it for new forms but is it possible to migrate from V6? I remember that V5 to V6 required redevelopment.

Hi Tim,
A converter is on the todo list, but I can not give a specific date for it to be ready, and honestly it will not be easy, because almost all the fields settings have been changed.

As we did going from V5 to V6, the best strategy was to do new development in the new version, and when major change was needed to also consider starting the form from scratch.

yes!🙂 but a form updater is supposed to be available at some point
Please note that in v7 there is a new "Safe mode" global setting which speeds form editing browser performance, do not forget to enable it if you are building big forms!

More than a year after this post.... is there already some sort of solution to migrate forms build with chornoform6 to chronoform7?
I also have several forms in production use and although chronoforms6 works very fine for me, I am experiencing problems with newer php versions (7.4)

Same here. Experiencing huge issues with CF6 and PHP 7.4. Converter on the "to do list" 1 1/2 years ago, but no more news there.
