Form sends when loading

I have made a form with various fields in Joomla. When I load the form then send it an email with no content. If I then fill out the form and click on the send button, it sends the mail again, this time correctly with content. What can I do so that the form is not sent without content when it is loaded?

Yes, I think so too, but where do I see that? I made the email option under Actions and a button in the form below. I do not understand why it is sent when the form is loaded. It should be sent when the send button is pressed. Where do I have to do the email option if not for actions?

The Email action would be on the Actions tab I think.

Because you put the email in the Actions tab of the LOAD event. So when you LOAD your form it does everything in the Action tab and then displays everything in the View tab. You need to put the email action in the Action tab of the SUBMIT event.
