Hello everyone
i'm using a form with dynamic dropdown
all is working well but at the end, when i send the form, informations as when debug is ON are showed

Debug of course is disable but i can't nderstand how hide all

the debug is enabled as per the image!

i feel so stupid.. it was enable in Submit settings.. i thought was only in main page
