Is there any way to limit notification as to once a day or week, or let the user select if they want to receive notifications just for specific topics, without getting all the way out of the Forum? Most members said "To many notifications..." when we launched the Forum. Thanks

it depends on the notifications settings you have, but there is no setting for a day long activity
