I can't find the topic moderation option in back office

Locate the topic moderation option in the back office.

Overview

The option is not available in the back office interface.
Log in as an admin user to the front end of the site, where the moderation icons will be visible.

There isn't one - login as admin to the front end and pay attention to which new icons appear.
