Built-in Enable server validations and Check security fields

Hi,
Sorry, I'm not a native english speaking person, so I get confused with the explanation text of these two toggle buttons on Chronoforms Settings TAB:

Enable server validations
Fields with validation rules will be auto validated.
​
Check security fields
Check security fieldsSecurity fields (reCaptcha, security image, honeypot) will be auto checked.

Does that mean that by checking these >>>>>Validation and Security "passes throught"; is temporarily disabled (auto checked) OR
this mean that there is some auto functions written that switches on Validation and Security and I dont need any extra Action to be created?
Like I dont need that Validate fields Action?

If you have Enable Server Validations turned ON and you have simple field validation rules, you don't need to use a Validate fields action.

If you have Check Security Fields turned ON and you have a recaptcha or the one with the icons, you don't need a check action.
