Hi.
I need just one basic form. In fact, I will need a few, but after this first one, I deal with it by my self.
I already have a form with just 3 fields: two text and one drop box.
But I am spending too much time to fix it. I don't have this time and is hard to me write here, since I'm not very good to write in english. (is there a portugueses speaker avaiable?)

So, how much can cost this? You get the form, fix it and make it works. How much cost ?
