We've been using Chronoforms in Joomla with no issues for quite a while, however an issue has recently occurred, hopefully someone can help!
Visitors are able to upload up to 4 plant images using the contact form on this page: https://www.japaneseknotweed.co.uk/japanese-knotweed-identification
The last few days we have successfully received emails from visitors who have used the form. All details are correct (email address, any typed info etc) BUT the images the visitor uploaded are not available. They can attach up to four using this form, when we receive it it shows a file name in the fields where an image has been attached, but the file itself is not clickable and is not seemingly attached.
Does anyone have any fixes for the issue please??🙂
