How do I make sure my plugin is good to go? I used to install updates for it. Now the update is just one zip file.

If you've downloaded the zip file than you should be able to install it from your Site Admin in the same way as any other extension update.

Does that do everything needed? I used to have to install three package files.

I believe that there is still a separate download for the CF Module if you need that.
