How to set Submit event OR turn on "v6 classic mode"?

Ok, here is the problem:
When I install your demo form, there is nice and understandable logic - there is "setup" tab, where I have "display section" action, where I can set the target page/section for form submit. see images below:

Problems start, when I create NEW form:
- NO "setup" tab
- NO "v6 classic mode"
- NO "display section" action
- NO WAY to set the Submit Even target.

There is some stripped "Display layout" action, but there is no way to set Submit Event there.
I downloaded most recent documentation and there "setup" tabs and "display section" on screenshots.

How am I supposed to handle Submit Events in this case? I don't get it. What did you change AGAIN? and HOW shall it be used? I'm really annoyed that you brake logic every 6 months and DO NOT PROVIDE ANY CLEAR DOCUMENTATION ON HOW TO USE EVERY NEW VERSION.

OR You can turn that off and use the "form area" in the display section and specify the event you want to submit to.

So, from Actions/Setup tab named "Display Section" it moved to View/Design tab and was renamed to "Form Area". Quite obvious, I should have guessed myself /sarcasm.

Really, this product suffers lack of appropriate documentation. Especially when such drastic changes happens from version to version.
