What can cause server-side validation not to take place? (Enable Server Validations).
In the template protostar it works, not in the template itself. Where do I look for causes?

What does the debug say in both cases?

You mean this? It tells me nothing about the problem.

That form doesn't look right, maybe the css and scripts aren't loading properly any errors in javascript console?
