No mail and redirect on my new site

The forms do work in testing mode, on Joomla! backend, but not on front end...

I just put the new validation key for my production domain, and the form do not redirect and do not send e-mail (confirmation e-mail).
It is working on my pre-produciton site, wich is in a test domain, so with no key...
​
Could you please help me ?

It sounds as if the forms are not submitting. You can check this with your browser web developer tools. Sometimes you need to set the form Action URL manually to avoid problems with custom URLs (like menu items and articles).

Thanks for your answer. URL was full (but relative).
I put "Relative URL" = "NO" on "HTML (Render Form)"

And it seams to work by now. strange as it was perfectly working on the dev site (on another host...).
