i would like to use chronoforms for an application form with payments. User fill name, date of course, name of course, email, phone number. The payment can be with paypal and bank transfer. The price of each course its different. In case of paypal if payment succeed user receive confirmation email. If bank transfer it will send an email to user with payment info (amount, course name, date , status payment ).

if possible list all the payments and status of payment in a csv where i can access all the data and sync with google spreedsheet or something like that.

$75 AUD / hour or $749 flat. More if you need to have access control so only people who have paid can access online courses, or if you want a searchable table for the data ?(much better) instead of a CSV export. Would also need to know how you plan on getting the course list and pricing into the database.

I also sell a plugin on my site that lets you send data to a Google Spreadsheet from Chronoforms.
