Good morning
I used ChronoForms for my contact form (https://sachaursprung.ch/kontakt). The form does not appear when you open the page. Only the note "Form by ChronoForms - ChronoEngine.com" is displayed. After a Refresh or renewed call of the side the form appears. With other websites I do not have the problem. Any ideas?
Many thanks and best regards
Sacha

Hi Sacha,
That sounds as though it may be a problem with caching. Please try clearing your browser cache then see if the form is visible.

Hi Bob
Thank you very much for your feedback. Unfortunately not, the problem is also present on other devices like Mobile.
When you click on the link, do you see the form immediately?

Hi Sacha,
Sorry I do see the same problem - I suspect it may be something to do with the article loading in an article. Please try using a direct menu link instead. If that doesn't work then the issue may be something to do with your template and the order in which content is loaded.

The same with direct link. No problem with the same form and the same template (Helix 3) in another installation.
Solved! I turned off the "follow page order" switch in chronoforms. Now it works fine. Dont ask me why...
Hi sacha,
Well done - and I have no idea why that setting was the problem - hopefully Max or healyhatman have a better idea.

The follow pages order forces the first page to be displayed when the form is loaded, if your first Page in the list is empty or is not a page then the form will not work or you may get any unexpected behavior!
