I use CF V6 and CC.I currently have an online registration form for registering for a competition.
Once the registration is validated, I post them on my website via CC.
I would like before posting via CC that the user makes the payment of his registration via paypal or other types of payment.
It is only after confirmation of payment that the registration must appear via CC.
Since I am not an expert in the field, could you tell me how to put all this work into action?

When they register, save it in the database. When they make a payment, save that in the database (different table) along with the ID of their registration database entry. On the CC table, only retrieve records that have a corresponding ID in the payment table.

For your first post : I told you. Unless you mean tell you exactly step by step every single thing you need to do then sorry I can't help you I simply don't have the time. There's a PayPal Payment form demo, I give away a free shortcodes reference on my site, and there are FAQs and the documentation.
For your second post : There's a PayPal plugin already, and I sell a Mollie plugin if you need iDeal/BanContact etc payments.
