Underscores in field names can not be used for dynamically generated "To" "From" "Reply" etc in Emails.

Hello,

I was trying to pull through an Email Address of a form author to send them a reply. I've discovered that "emailaddress" in the name works but "email_address" no longer will. Many people like underscores to make things more humanly readable and will likely have forms already set out this way due to it being handled properly before. This appears to be a problem more widely across Chronoforms Email generation.

Thanks anyway 🙂

HI Max,

supposing you wanted to send a copy form to the person completing the form, you’d want to pull their email address from the form and use that. If the email address had the field name email_address, it now won’t work🙂
