Multi field not showing

Good evening,

I have placed a number of "multi fields" in the admin side of the form and I also see that in the example on the admin side.
On the front of the site, all fields are below each other. How can I fix that?

It sounds as though your template CSS is changing the layout. If you use your browser web developer tools you should be able to see what CSS is being applied and over-ride any that you don't want using Custom CSS in your form.
