Redirect

The link below has a form where I fill in and save the data.

?conn=centro-cultural-adm&id_evento=21&event=ingressos

I would like that after saving the form to be redirected to the same link, how can I do this?

I know, but I would like to go back in the same event and in this case the same id_evento = 21
