Switch from one page of the form to the next

Which system can I use to switch from one page of the form to the next? I thought you could use the button, but I can't find this option (change page).
Also on the manual, I find no instructions for this.

A submit button on the first page will send you to the next page automatically if your have the "App type" set to "Form" in the settings area!
