If I put a form in a popup it shows in Firefox but in Chrome and Opera it stays grey (Dimmed)

The problem seens to be the semantic css, if I disable:
1- The inline css from the sbox-window
2- All css from semantic,min.css:243 , :247 and 347
it works.
