I installed and enabled the bot in J1.5.5 and the admin console just crawls. I had to disable the bot after about a 5 min wait for the page to load.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Hi sysdoc,
Sure this has nothing to do with Chronoforms mambot, nobody ever suffered from this, which area of your admin console was so slow after enabling the mambot ?

Appears to be working correctly now.... I just disabled and re enabled and it appears to work fine now...
Now I'm trying to get the form into a content item.... This isn't working at all... The instructions show this "{chronocontact}&{/chronocontact}, Example: {chronocontact}form1{/chronocontact}" when I use this all I'd get is the form name to display. I inserted the tags with the wysiwyg editor turned off...
I don't get it, I assume that the curly brackets are to be replaced with <> ??
Thanks for any halp on this one...
Oh and thanks for the quick reply to the 1 st post...:)
thanks, have you enabled the mambot the last time ? and have you used the correct mambot version ?

Thanks for the reply...
I used the ChronoForms V3.0 J1.5 BETA 1.zip and ChronoForms Bot 0.6 J1.5.zip that I just downloaded from the site...
And the bot is installed and enabled...
here is what the code looks like..
<p class="Bold"><strong>Contact Us:<br />
<br />
Telephone: xxx.xxx4.xxxx<br />
<br />
<chronocontact>PCSContactForm</chronocontact>
</strong></p>
Hi Bob,
I guess the reason why I don't get it is because I have already tried it with the curly brackets and that didn't work. Above I posted the code with the <>'s and have tried it with the curly brackets prior to posting that. The files that I downloaded were ChronoForms V3.0 J1.5 BETA 1.zip and ChronoForms Bot 0.6 J1.5.zip. The bot is enabled and all I get is the code that is supposed to embed the form just shows up as regular text. The form works just fine when just linked to so I'm feeling a lil lost over here.
Thanks
Hi sysdoc, strange, look at the page source, doe the editor insert any HTML tags in the bot formula ?? if yes then it will not work right!

Max,
I have read all the instructions and are not using any editor at all. I have exhausted every possibility that I can think of.. I just did a fresh install of J1.5.5 installed ChronoForms component and plugin, then a test article and pasted in the code with correct form name, and no joy....
I'm seriously frustrated with this....
I understand, this is very strange, PM me a temp access to your site with all installed and I will see what I can do!
Cheers

Max,
Thanks for the offer man!!
I just got it to work... Good thing too cause the laptop was about to become a Frisbee! LOL!! I guess looking for the form to display in the preview I-Frame was wishful thinking. So, I just created a test menu item and linked to the article and the form was there... So I guess I can move on to making the form look like it should so stay tuned.
Whew!!! I was about to pop a vein!!!
Thanks again Max & Bob!!
