Missing language strings

Funny enough, there are some global language strings missing inside the Languages Manager = LANGUAGES_MANAGER, BUILD, UPDATE_AND_SAVE, YOU_CAN_UPDATE_ANY_OF_THE_LANGUAGE_STRINGS_BELOW_THEN_SAVE, SAVE_AS_CUSTOM, UPDATING_EXISTING_FILE, LANGUAGES, THE_LANGUAGE_TAG_EG_EN_GB_OR_FR_FR and one not associated with languages manager CLEAR_CACHE.
